Meet Amy Druhot
Amy Druhot has a message for every woman who has ever felt overlooked, under-qualified, or unsure if God could really use her:
He can. He will. And He delights in doing it through women exactly like you.
Amy is a speaker, author, faith-rooted leadership mentor, and VP of Sales in the new-construction industry—though she’ll be the first to tell you her real leadership training didn’t happen in a classroom. It happened while learning to serve, love, and lead the way Jesus modeled: with humility, courage, authenticity, and a whole lot of faith.
A proud Alabama girl, Amy moved to Virginia in her teens, a transition she now calls her “first big brave”—because giving up sweet tea is practically a sanctification process. Today she navigates boardrooms, construction sites, and women’s conferences with the same mission: to help women lead with purpose, walk confidently in who God created them to be, and show up with the boldness and compassion of Jesus.
And no, she didn’t graduate from college.
Honestly, some days even the high-school diploma feels questionable.
But God isn’t looking for polished résumés- He’s looking for willing hearts. Amy is living proof of what happens when you say “yes.”
Today, she serves as Vice President of Sales for a top-five builder in her market, sits on national leadership boards for women in building, and has been named Woman of the Year three times- by the Home Builders Association of Virginia, BizSense Power Women, and Shore Consulting’s Women’s Leadership Circle.
Her rise wasn’t luck.
It was obedience, grit, and learning to trust God’s plan over her own.
